After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing or dispatched, and changes may no longer be possible. If your cancellation request is accepted within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it is physically broken or defective. Packaging damage alone (e.g., a dented box) is not considered product damage if the item itself is unaffected. To report a damaged item, email maivivo.store@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, regular wear and tear, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we understand that unexpected delays can sometimes occur once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times may be affected by factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or extreme weather conditions that are beyond our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, MAIVIVO is no longer responsible for its status or retrieval.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize there's an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order ships with the wrong address due to a customer error and no timely correction is made, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
