Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for it to be processed and dispatched. An order is considered dispatched once it’s been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time refers to how long it takes your order to arrive after it’s been shipped. This depends on your location and the shipping carrier. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below based on your country:

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 5–10 business days
  •  🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 10–20 business days
  •  🇬🇧 UK: 7–14 business days
  •  🌍 Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Keep in mind that during holidays or customs inspections, delays may occur. These are unfortunately outside of our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can result in delays or cancellation. If our system flags an issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your address. If you don’t respond within this time, we may cancel the order to prevent shipment issues.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at maivivo.store@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed after this timeframe.

Delivery Delays

We know how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we do everything we can to process and ship it as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally happen due to factors such as severe weather, courier transit disruptions, customs inspections, or issues with inventory or payment verification.

If we anticipate any delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. While we can’t promise exact delivery dates, we’re always here to help you track your order and resolve any issues that may come up.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it’s out of our hands — but not out of our care. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at maivivo.store@gmail.com so we can assist you. We also recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier directly, and if you suspect theft, you may choose to file a police report for further support.

While MAIVIVO is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, we will do everything we can to help — including contacting the courier on your behalf and, in some cases, offering a replacement depending on the situation.
